Tracey started her hospitality career in New Zealand while studying at University, commencing with the Millennium and Copthorne hotel chain. Working her way up through the Rooms-Division departments she finished as the Reservations Manager in one of their Wellington properties.
In 2004, Tracey relocated to Perth where she was recruited as part of the pre-opening team at a new serviced apartment complex in the CBD. Once opened, Tracey moved on-site as the Resident Manager where she gained valuable experience in strata and on-site management. Transferring with the same company in 2008, she was appointed the Resort Manager at a popular beach resort on the Sunset Coast.
After spending time in Canberra in a General Management position, Tracey returned to Perth to join hospitalitybiz® in 2011. Tracey is now able to utiliise her recruitment and operational experience to match the right candidates with the best possible positions.
