Pat has more than 25 years experience in people management, strategy, and change management. His international experience includes working throughout Southeast Asia, China, India, the Middle East, Australia and the Pacific.

He is regularly sought after as a keynote speaker having been invited to speak at international conferences in Asia and Australia where he has delivered presentations on organisational culture, human capital, and workforce planning.

Pat served in senior leadership roles in operations and human resource management in the hospitality and retail/wholesale industries as well as roles as Regional Business Leader, Practice Head & Executive Coach at Newton Consulting Group and The John Clements Group.
