Mark has over 25 years of experience in Senior management roles , mainly  in the hospitality industry in Leading Hotels of the World such as Gleneagles and Starwood in Four continents with experience in such diverse markets as Japan, Thailand, China, Africa and Europe.Most recently Mark was the CEO of the Beirut Marrathon which he made a Major Global event over his five year tenure.Mark has great experience and knowledge of the Middle East which will be his focus as Vice President Global Executive Search for hospitalitybiz^®.

Currently based in Beirut, Mark is the Chief Ideaz Officer of ‘Ideaz Factory’, a company that fulfills the role of CIO to businesses and organisations within the Middle East.

He is also now working in partnership with hospitalitybiz^® in the Middle East and is well positioned to assist in the selection of leaders and managers for global organisations.
