Karen Nicholson – Vice President Global Executive Search

Karen joined hospitalitybiz^® in 2011 and is based in our Singapore office. She is a specialist in learning and development, human capital management and executive learning.

With more than 20 years experience in people management, training, and human resource management, Karen has worked throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, Singapore and Australia.

Karen has lectured in several renowned leadership and management institutions. Karen is certified in the administration and application of various psychometric instruments including the Cove Values Index™ (CVI™), and she is accredited in the administration and application of the Apollo® Profile Career Assessment Instruments.

She is a well-respected consultant who prior to joining hospitalitybiz^® served in senior roles with management consulting firms and she has also worked as senior lecturer with the Blue Mountains Hotel School and TAFE New South Wales in Australia.
