Jurgen Baumhoff – Consulting & Advisory Alliance Partner

Jurgen is a passionate hotel professional having received his basic training in the hospitality Industry in Germany and Switzerland. A German national, with permanent residence in Australia, Jurgen’s hotel experience spans over 38 years having directed his career path from a Hotel management graduate to General Manager with major International hotel chains such as Kempinski, Hyatt and InterContinental Hotel Group in countries such as Germany ,France, Australia, England, Israel, Hong Kong and Egypt.

Jurgen also gained valuable experience in the area of Hotel development and Asset Management while working for a principal Hotel owner and developer in the State of Qatar.

Jurgen joined hospitalitybiz^® in 2011 as an Alliance partner from the Kingdom of Bahrain, where he was CEO of International Hotels Establishment owner of the Ritz Carlton and InterContinental Hotel in the country.

Jurgen is now based in Perth, Western Australia and is our Alliance partner for  Management Consultancy and Advisory Services and is the founder and CEO of One Step Beyond Worldwide (Australia) a newly established Management Consultant for the hospitality business.
