Jill Cole-Bowen- Business Manager

Jill is co-founder and co-owner of hospitalitybiz^® and was instrumental in the setting up of the company.

Originally from England, Jill completed an Associate Degree in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management at Sheffield Hallam University.

She started her career at the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, one of the “Leading Hotels of the World”, where she spent a number of years in Front Office before progressing her career as Conference and Banqueting Manager.

At Gleneagles she spent many years involved in the organization of numerous high profile conferences and events including the NATO conference, celebrity sporting events and high society weddings.

At  hospitalitybiz^® Jill is actively involved in Executive Search and Recruitment processes. She runs the day to day administration of the business including our recruitment systems . Jill is also responsible for the accounting and payroll department and is the first point of contact for any accounting or payroll enquiries.
