He is a highly accomplished Human Resources professional currently working for one of the finest resort hotels in addition to his corporate advisory role for the hotel management group. He has implemented a number of innovative approaches to Talent management through integrated HR systems. A highly talented individual with a forward looking approach to Human Resources he also conducts supervisory and management development workshops, Service Quality audits and implements environment management systems. 3. General Manager or Regional/Area/ Group General Manager
This candidate has a solid and proven work record and for many years been General Manger of business as well as resort properties. He is currently in a corporate position and looking at returning to the operation of a large property. He has been working in South East Asia and island resort destinations and is comfortable in the environment and working with a multicultural team. He is known to be an excellent people person and team builder; ideal candidate to open a property with 400 plus rooms and take on a regional capacity.

This individual is currently General Manager at a high end luxury property in the Maldives with a past working background in hip and trendy places in Europe. A great personality, professionally from the F&B side of the business he is the ideal candidate for a small luxury resort that requires a General Manager with that particular personal touch and attention to detail. She has previous China experience and is interested to remain and make use of her gained experience and contacts in China, however she also considers other Asian destinations for the right challenge.
