This candidate has a solid and proven work record and for many years has been General Manger of business as well as resort properties. He is currently in a corporate position and looking at returning to the operation of a large property. He has been working in South East Asia and island resort destinations and is comfortable in the environment and working with a multicultural team. He is known to be an excellent people person and team builder; ideal candidate to open a property with 400 plus rooms and take on a regional capacity.

3. General Manager
This individual is currently General Manager at a high end luxury property in the Maldives with a past working background in hip and trendy places in Europe. A great personality, professionally from the F&B side of the business he is the ideal candidate for a small luxury resort that requires a General Manager with that particular personal touch and attention to detail. Single, the candidate is multi lingual and has been part of 3 openings in the DOSM capacity. She has previous China experience and is interested to remain and make use of her gained experience and contacts in China, however she also considers other Asian destinations for the right challenge.
Previous experience also includes Cluster Revenue Manager for a large hotel operator in Europe.
